摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍联合红外线照射治疗寒湿瘀滞型盆腔炎的护理经验。两种中西医外治疗法联用，可发挥祛寒除湿、化瘀通络止痛之功效，同时配合情志调护、生活起居指导及饮食调护等中医特色护理措施。经系统治疗后患者痊愈出院，该疗法操作安全无创，患者依从性高，相关护理经验值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） with cold-dampness stagnation pattern using herbal compress combined with infrared radiation. The integration of these two external therapies from Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine demonstrated synergistic effects in dispelling cold， resolving dampness， removing blood stasis， and relieving pain. Complementary TCM nursing interventions， including emotional regulation， lifestyle guidance， and dietary adjustments， were also implemented. After systematic treatment， the patient recovered and was discharged. The combined therapy was safe， non-invasive， and well-tolerated， with high patient compliance. The related nursing experience merits clinical promotion.
