摘要

总结1例鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术后并发持续性肢体抖动及头部震颤患者的护理经验。通过阶梯式镇静用药的动态评估与监测、多维度安全防护以预防窒息和误吸等并发症、系统化心理支持及以康复为导向的专科症状管理，经过3 d的综合治疗与护理，患者震颤症状得到有效控制，未发生误吸、跌倒等二次伤害，情绪稳定，泪道功能恢复良好并顺利出院。本案例提示，针对术后出现的此类非特异性神经系统症状，护理人员需保持高度警觉，通过严密监护、有效沟通、精准执行及多学科协作，保障患者安全、促进康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of one patient who developed persistent limb shaking and head tremor following endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Through dynamic assessment and monitoring of stepwise sedative administration， multidimensional safety measures to prevent complications such as aspiration and choking， systematic psychological support， and rehabilitation-oriented specialized symptom management， the patient's tremor was effectively controlled after 3 days of comprehensive treatment and nursing care， with no occurrence of secondary injuries including aspiration or falls. The patient maintained emotional stability， achieved favorable recovery of lacrimal duct function， and was discharged smoothly. This case indicates that nursing staff should maintain a high level of vigilance when confronted with such nonspecific neurological symptoms occurring after surgery. Rigorous monitoring， effective communication， precise implementation， and multidisciplinary collaboration are essential to ensure patient safety and promote recovery.
