摘要

目的

探讨耳穴疗法联合中药烫熨在慢性肾功能衰竭合并3级高血压患者中的中西医结合护理效果。

方法

对1例慢性肾衰合并3级高血压（脾肾气虚证）患者，运用护理程序实施系统化护理，并联合耳穴压豆、中药烫熨中医外治技术。

结果

经14 d干预，患者血压由188/110 mm Hg降至138/82 mm Hg并保持稳定，头晕、乏力及纳差症状明显改善，肾功能指标平稳，无不良反应发生。

结论

耳穴疗法联合中药烫熨结合规范化护理程序，可有效辅助控制血压，改善临床症状，且安全可行，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing effects of auricular therapy combined with Chinese herbal hot compress in a patient with chronic renal failure complicated by grade 3 hypertension.

Methods

A patient with chronic renal failure complicated by grade 3 hypertension （spleen-kidney qi deficiency pattern） received systematic nursing care based on the nursing process， in combination with auricular bean-pressing therapy and Chinese herbal hot compress as external traditional Chinese medicine interventions.

Results

After 14 days of intervention， the patient's blood pressure decreased from 188/110 mmHg to 138/82 mmHg and remained stable， with significant improvement in dizziness， fatigue， and poor appetite. Renal function indicators remained stable， and no adverse reactions occurred.

Conclusion

Auricular therapy combined with Chinese herbal hot compress， integrated with standardized nursing procedures， can effectively assist in blood pressure control， improve clinical symptoms， and is safe and feasible， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
