摘要

本文总结头部刮痧联合耳穴疗法对1例眩晕（肝阳上亢证）患者的护理体会。护理措施包括密切监测患者病情变化，提供针对性饮食指导，情志调理，合理用药教育及适度运动指导等。在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护原则，采用适宜的中医特色疗法实施干预，有效改善患者的眩晕症状，提升患者的舒适度与满意度，患者生活质量得到显著改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of head Gua Sha combined with auricular acupuncture therapy for a patient with vertigo （liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome）. Nursing interventions included close monitoring of disease progression， personalized dietary guidance， emotional regulation， medication education， and appropriate exercise counseling. Based on the principles of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， targeted TCM therapies were implemented alongside routine care， effectively alleviating vertigo symptoms， enhancing patient comfort and satisfaction， and significantly improving quality of life.
