摘要

本文总结1例小儿咳嗽实施拔罐联合中药贴敷中医护理干预的临床经验。本病例运用中医护理思维，针对小儿咳嗽进行辨证施护，采取拔罐、中药贴敷等中医外治技术，配合护理指导与健康宣教，有效缓解患儿咳嗽临床症状，缩短病程。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical experience of implementing traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing interventions of cupping therapy combined with TCM herbal patch for a child with cough. Guided by TCM nursing thinking， syndrome differentiation-based care was applied to address pediatric cough. External TCM therapeutic techniques including cupping and herbal patch were adopted， along with nursing guidance and health education， which effectively alleviated the clinical symptoms of cough and shortened the disease course.
