摘要

目的

探讨高龄卵巢癌合并多系统并发症患者的中西医结合护理策略。

方法

对1例72岁晚期卵巢癌伴肾衰竭、营养不良及血栓高风险患者，实施基于多学科协作的全流程护理；整合疼痛、营养及血栓风险评估，融合西医支持治疗与中医外治技术进行干预。

结果

患者疼痛耐受度提升，营养与肾功能指标改善，未发生血栓栓塞或急性肾损伤事件。

结论

该护理模式能显著优化复杂共病患者的预后，其中医非药物疗法具有独特的互补优势，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To explore an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing strategy for elderly ovarian cancer patients with multisystem complications.

Methods

A multidisciplinary， full-process nursing approach was implemented for a 72-year-old patient with advanced ovarian cancer complicated by renal failure， malnutrition， and high thrombosis risk. Interventions combined pain， nutritional， and thrombosis risk assessments， integrating Western supportive care with TCM external therapies.

Results

The patient exhibited improved pain tolerance， optimized nutritional and renal function indicators， and experienced no thromboembolic events or acute kidney injury.

Conclusion

This nursing model significantly optimized outcomes for complex comorbidities， with TCM non-pharmacological therapies demonstrating unique complementary advantages， warranting clinical promotion.
