摘要

本文总结1例中药保留灌肠应用于腹腔镜阑尾炎术后腹胀患者的护理经验。针对患者病情开展护理评估及辨证分型，采用中药保留灌肠护理措施，使中药药液作用于肠道黏膜，借助药液与肠道黏膜毛细血管内血液间的渗透压差及溶质浓度差，发挥通腑泄热、调理中焦功效，改善患者腹胀症状，提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） retention enema in a patient with abdominal distension after laparoscopic appendectomy. Nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation were conducted based on the patient’s condition. The TCM retention enema was adopted as a nursing intervention， allowing the herbal solution to act on the intestinal mucosa. By leveraging the osmotic pressure gradient and solute concentration difference between the herbal solution and the blood in the mucosal capillaries， the therapy achieved effects of clearing heat from the bowels， regulating the middle energizer， alleviating abdominal distension， and improving patient comfort.
