摘要

本文总结1例积滞患儿采用小儿推拿技术辅助治疗的护理经验。通过评估患儿日常饮食及睡眠情况，结合患儿临床症状与疾病特征进行辨证，制定契合患儿病情的护理计划，在口服中药基础上辅以小儿推拿技术治疗。经治疗，患儿腹痛症状好转，食欲改善明显，排便恢复正常，睡眠质量提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of adjunctive pediatric Tuina therapy for a child with food retention. By assessing the child’s daily diet and sleep patterns， combined with clinical symptoms and disease characteristics for syndrome differentiation， a tailored nursing plan was developed. The treatment integrated oral Chinese herbal medicine with pediatric Tuina techniques. Post-intervention， the child showed alleviated abdominal pain， significant improvement in appetite， normalized bowel movements， and enhanced sleep quality.
