摘要

本文总结采用眼部中医刮痧联合中药熏蒸治疗1例白涩症患者的护理报告与体会。通过对患者眼部症状的评估，为其实施眼部中医刮痧联合中药熏蒸的中医护理技术，治疗期间加强患者生活、药物、饮食及情志护理，有效延长了泪膜破裂时间，增加泪液分泌量，缓解患者眼睛干涩、酸胀及时有异物感等眼部不适症状，患者的焦虑状态得到显著改善，生活质量得以提高。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing report and practical experience of applying periorbital traditional Chinese medicine scraping combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of one patient with Baise Zheng （dry eye disease）. Based on targeted assessment of the patient’s ocular symptoms， the traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques of periorbital traditional Chinese medicine scraping combined with Chinese herbal fumigation were administered. Throughout the treatment course， intensive nursing care covering lifestyle， medication， diet and emotional domains was provided. The interventions effectively prolonged tear film break-up time， increased tear secretion volume， alleviated ocular discomforts such as ocular dryness， soreness and distending discomfort， and occasional foreign body sensation， significantly improved the patient’s anxiety state， and enhanced the patient’s quality of life.
