摘要

随着人口老龄化形势的不断加剧，糖尿病已成为影响老年人健康寿命及生命质量的重要疾病之一。本文回顾1例88岁重度失能老年消渴病患者，在西医常规治疗基础上，整合中医特色护理技术与老年糖尿病专科护理理念，经21 d系统干预证实以辨证施护为核心，整体护理为支撑，特色技术为补充的综合护理模式，可有效改善失能老年消渴病患者的临床症状，降低并发症风险，提升护理质量和患者生存质量。

Abstract

With the accelerating trend of population aging， diabetes mellitus has become one of the critical diseases impairing the health span and quality of life in the elderly. This article reviews a case of an 88-year-old severely disabled elderly patient with Xiaoke disease （diabetes）. Based on conventional Western medical treatment， integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques and geriatric diabetes-specialized nursing concepts were applied. Through 21 days of systematic intervention， the results demonstrated that a comprehensive nursing model—centered on syndrome-differentiated care， supported by holistic nursing， and supplemented by specialized techniques—effectively alleviated clinical symptoms， reduced complication risks， and enhanced both nursing quality and the patient’s quality of life.
