摘要

本文总结1例中风后气虚血瘀型便秘患者采用脏腑推拿联合中药热奄包治疗的护理过程，充分发挥中医“简、便、验、廉”的特色优势，避免口服泻剂引发的肠道依赖及不良反应，为中风后便秘患者提供更安全、温和的非药物干预方案。通过辨证施护及精准执行脏腑推拿、中药热奄包治疗操作流程，同时配合饮食与排便习惯指导等综合护理干预措施，患者中风后便秘症状较前缓解，生活质量得到改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing process of a post-stroke constipation patient with qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern treated by visceral massage combined with Chinese herbal hot compress. By leveraging the TCM advantages of being "simple， convenient， effective， and economical，" this approach avoided the intestinal dependence and adverse effects caused by oral laxatives， providing a safer and gentler non-pharmacological intervention for post-stroke constipation. Through syndrome-specific nursing， precise execution of visceral massage and herbal hot compress procedures， along with comprehensive interventions such as dietary guidance and bowel habit training， the patient's constipation symptoms were significantly alleviated， and their quality of life improved.
