摘要

本文总结1例抑郁状态伴肝胃不和型胃痛患者行砭石中药膏摩治疗的护理经验。通过中医辨证，对患者进行疼痛及焦虑程度评估，进而实施中医特色护理、皮肤护理及情志调护等护理措施，有效改善患者腹痛、腹胀症状，减轻患者痛苦，缓解焦虑情绪，提升患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying Bian-stone Chinese herbal paste rubbing therapy to one patient with depressive state accompanied by liver-stomach disharmony type gastric pain. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient's pain and anxiety levels were assessed， followed by the implementation of nursing interventions including TCM-characteristic care， skin care， and emotional regulation. The interventions effectively alleviated the patient's abdominal pain and distension， reduced suffering， relieved emotional distress， and improved the patient's comfort and quality of life.
