摘要

本文总结1例胸痹心痛（不稳定型心绞痛）患者应用隔物灸（隔姜灸）改善胸闷症状的护理经验。患者为65岁男性，以“间断胸痛胸闷8年，加重1 d”入院，中医辨证为痰湿阻滞证、气血瘀滞证。在常规治疗与护理基础上，选取膻中、内关等穴位施以隔姜灸，借助艾灸温通与生姜辛散之效，有效改善患者胸闷症状，提高患者生活质量。本文从护理评估、隔姜灸操作方法、护理要点及体会等方面进行阐述，以期为临床中医护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying indirect moxibustion （ginger-separated moxibustion） to alleviate chest tightness in a patient diagnosed with chest impediment heart pain （unstable angina）. The patient was a 65-year-old male admitted to the hospital with a chief complaint of "intermittent chest pain and chest tightness for 8 years， aggravated for 1 day." Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the condition was identified as phlegm-dampness obstruction pattern and qi-blood stasis pattern. In addition to conventional treatment and routine nursing care， ginger-separated moxibustion was performed at acupoints including Danzhong and Neiguan. By leveraging the warming and unblocking properties of moxibustion as well as the pungent-dispersing effect of fresh ginger， this intervention effectively relieved the patient's chest tightness and improved the quality of life. This article elaborates on the nursing assessment， operational procedure of ginger-separated moxibustion， key nursing points， and related experience， with the aim of providing a reference for clinical TCM nursing practice.
