摘要

本文总结1例采用中医整体调护改善反复呼吸道感染所致生长发育迟缓的护理个案。患儿以反复外感、食欲欠佳、生长发育落后为主诉，辨证属肺脾两虚，通过辨证施护，运用小儿推拿、穴位贴敷、食疗方案及四时起居指导等多维度整体干预，有效减少了呼吸道感染频次，改善了食欲与睡眠状态，促进了身高、体重的追赶生长。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing case of holistic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） intervention for growth retardation secondary to recurrent respiratory tract infections （RRTIs）. The patient， presenting with recurrent infections， poor appetite， and delayed growth， was diagnosed with dual deficiency of the lung and spleen. Through syndrome-differentiated nursing， multidimensional interventions including pediatric tuina （massage）， acupoint application， dietary therapy， and lifestyle guidance tailored to seasonal changes were implemented. These measures effectively reduced the frequency of respiratory infections， improved appetite and sleep quality， and promoted catch-up growth in height and weight.
