摘要

本文以1例穴位贴敷疗法缓解腹膜透析患者便秘的临床实践应用为例，基于中医辨证基础，予患者穴位贴敷治疗并进行动态观察，同时配合情志护理、饮食护理、运动护理及心理护理等常规护理措施，有效改善腹膜透析患者便秘症状，延长患者腹膜透析时长，保护残余肾功能，提高生活质量，维持患者的生命通路。

Abstract

This article presents a clinical case of acupoint application therapy to alleviate constipation in a peritoneal dialysis patient. Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the patient received acupoint application treatment with dynamic observation， combined with conventional nursing interventions such as emotional care， dietary guidance， exercise therapy， and psychological support. The integrated approach effectively improved constipation symptoms， prolonged peritoneal dialysis duration， preserved residual renal function， enhanced quality of life， and maintained the patient’s vital access.
