摘要

总结1例孕36⁺²周高龄瘢痕子宫经产妇，合并重度突发性耳聋、前庭功能损伤、妊娠期糖尿病及甲状腺功能减退症的中西医结合全周期照护经验。遵循“安胎为前提、稳糖为基础、止呕为急务、复聪为核心”原则，采用多学科协作模式，联合西医规范治疗、中医食疗、耳穴压丸、穴位按摩、情志调理、产后康复训练操及出院后随访等综合干预措施，最终实现母婴平安、患者听力显著改善，为孕晚期复杂合并症的中西医结合护理提供可借鉴的个案范式。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the full-course integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for one case of an advanced maternal-age multiparous woman with a scarred uterus at 36

weeks of gestation， complicated by severe sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSNHL）， vestibular dysfunction， gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）， and hypothyroidism. Adhering to the principles of "fetal protection as the premise， glycemic stabilization as the foundation， emesis control as an urgent priority， and hearing restoration as the core，" a multidisciplinary collaborative model was employed， incorporating standardized Western medical treatment in combination with comprehensive interventions including Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） dietary therapy， auricular acupressure， acupoint massage， emotional regulation， postpartum rehabilitation exercises， and post-discharge follow-up. Ultimately， maternal and infant safety was achieved， and the patient's hearing was significantly improved. This case provides a referenceable paradigm for integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing care of complex comorbidities during late pregnancy.
