摘要

本文总结中药溻渍联合隔物灸治疗1例脾肾亏虚、湿热瘀阻型胃胀患者的护理体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，围绕患者整体病情开展系统评估，明确相关护理诊断，制定个性化护理计划，落实中药溻渍、隔物灸及饮食、情志护理等全程辨证护理干预。结果表明，中药溻渍联合隔物灸能有效缓解患者胃胀症状，减轻焦虑情绪，提升患者舒适度，可为同类证型胃胀患者的中医特色护理提供临床参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） compress combined with indirect moxibustion in the treatment of one patient with gastric distension of the spleen-kidney deficiency and damp-heat stasis obstruction pattern. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation， a systematic assessment was conducted based on the patient's overall condition to clarify relevant nursing diagnoses and formulate an individualized nursing care plan. Comprehensive syndrome-differentiated nursing interventions were implemented throughout the treatment， including TCM compress therapy， indirect moxibustion， dietary regulation， and emotional care. The results demonstrated that TCM compress combined with indirect moxibustion effectively alleviated the patient's symptoms of gastric distension， relieved anxiety， and enhanced patient comfort， providing a clinical reference for the TCM-characterized nursing care of patients with gastric distension presenting the same syndrome pattern.
