摘要

本文总结1例温灸刮痧治疗肩周炎疼痛患者的护理体会。基于护理评估结果，予患者温灸刮痧中医护理技术治疗，配合情志疏导、生活调护及康复锻炼等综合干预措施，缓解患者肩关节疼痛及活动受限症状。经过为期4周的治疗，患者肩部疼痛得到显著改善，本案例可为临床肩周炎的中医外治及护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy in a patient with shoulder periarthritis pain. Based on nursing assessment results， the patient received Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing interventions， including warm moxibustion and scraping therapy， combined with emotional counseling， lifestyle adjustments， and rehabilitation exercises. These comprehensive measures alleviated the patient's shoulder pain and restricted mobility. After four weeks of treatment， the patient's shoulder pain significantly improved. This case may serve as a clinical reference for external TCM treatments and nursing of shoulder periarthritis.
