摘要

本文总结1例因跨地域出差，经纬度、海拔跨度大引发水土不服导致失眠患者的中医护理效果与经验。基于中医经络学说及阴阳平衡理论，采用揿针疗法于阴阳跷脉取穴，以疏通经络、平衡阴阳、调和气血，并配合情志调护、起居调护与饮食调护，有效改善患者睡眠状态，缓解不适症状，为地域因素所致失眠的中医护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical outcomes and nursing experience of a patient with insomnia induced by acclimatization disorder due to cross-regional travel involving significant variations in longitude， latitude， and altitude. Guided by the theories of meridian doctrine and yin-yang balance， press-needle therapy was applied to acupoints along the Yin-Yang Heel Vessels to unblock meridians， harmonize yin and yang， and regulate qi-blood. Combined with emotional， lifestyle， and dietary interventions， the patient’s sleep quality and discomfort symptoms were significantly improved. This case provides a reference for TCM nursing approaches to insomnia caused by geographical factors.
