摘要

本文总结1例穴位贴敷联合隔物灸治疗气阴两虚兼瘀型便溏患者的护理实践。基于中医辨证施护原则，通过系统的护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价，为患者制定个性化干预方案。在常规护理基础上，配合中药穴位贴敷及隔物灸疗法。结果表明，该综合护理模式可显著减少患者便溏频次、减轻症状程度，改善气阴两虚兼瘀型证候，调节肠道功能稳态；同时提升患者治疗依从性，增强机体正气，最终优化其生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing practice for a patient with diarrhea characterized by Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome， treated with acupoint herbal application and indirect moxibustion. Guided by the principles of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， a personalized intervention plan was developed through systematic nursing assessment， diagnosis， planning， implementation， and evaluation. In addition to routine care， the patient received herbal acupoint patches and indirect moxibustion therapy. The results demonstrated that this integrated nursing approach significantly reduced the frequency and severity of diarrhea， improved symptoms of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis， and regulated intestinal function homeostasis. Furthermore， it enhanced treatment compliance， strengthened the body's vital Qi， and ultimately optimized the patient's quality of life.
