摘要

本文通过对1例湿热内蕴证休息痢患者运用中药保留灌肠联合艾灸技术的回顾性分析，观察其改善腹痛、腹泻症状的效果并总结护理经验。患者以休息痢收治入院，住院期间在辨证施护原则指导下，予中药保留灌肠、艾灸治疗，并配合生活起居调理、饮食及排便指导、情志调理等综合干预，患者腹痛、腹泻症状得到有效缓解，生活质量显著改善，病情稳定后准予出院。

Abstract

This article presents a retrospective analysis of one patient with rest dysentery of damp-heat accumulation syndrome who received traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） retention enema combined with moxibustion， with the aim of observing its effects on alleviating abdominal pain and diarrhea and summarizing the relevant nursing experience. The patient was admitted to hospital with a diagnosis of rest dysentery. Under the guidance of the principle of syndrome differentiation-based nursing care， comprehensive interventions were provided during hospitalization， including TCM retention enema， moxibustion therapy， daily life regulation， dietary and bowel management guidance， and emotional nursing. The patient's abdominal pain and diarrhea were effectively relieved， and the quality of life was significantly improved. The patient was discharged after the condition became stable.
