摘要

本文总结1例52岁男性症状性癫痫患者的护理查房经验。患者因癫痫发作频率增加入院，在医护一体化模式下实施中西医结合护理，包括抗癫痫药物（丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦）治疗、中医辨证施护、安全护理及心理疏导。通过多学科团队联合查房，系统评估并优化护理方案。结果显示，患者癫痫发作频率降低60%，焦虑情绪显著改善。提示该模式有助于提升癫痫管理效果，临床推广需加强中医护理技术培训。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing round experience for a 52-year-old male patient with symptomatic epilepsy. The patient was admitted due to an increased frequency of epileptic seizures and was provided with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care under the medical-nursing integration model， encompassing antiepileptic drug therapy （sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam）， TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing， safety care， and psychological counseling. Through multidisciplinary team joint rounds， the nursing plan was systematically evaluated and optimized. The results demonstrated a 60% reduction in the patient's seizure frequency and a significant improvement in anxiety symptoms. This case indicates that this model contributes to enhancing epilepsy management outcomes， and its clinical promotion necessitates the strengthening of TCM nursing technique training.
