摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合五音疗法改善经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后患者抑郁状态的护理经验。基于中医辨证理论，为患者实施耳穴压丸联合五音疗法的中医特色干预，同时配合病情观察、生活起居指导及饮食调护等常规护理措施。经干预，患者未再出现胸闷胸痛症状，抑郁状态明显改善，最终好转出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular acupoint pressing combined with five-element music therapy to improve the depressive state of a patient following percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， characteristic TCM interventions including auricular acupoint pressing combined with five-element music therapy were implemented for the patient， alongside routine nursing measures such as condition observation， daily life guidance， and dietary regulation. Following the intervention， the patient no longer experienced chest tightness or chest pain， the depressive state was significantly improved， and the patient was ultimately discharged with recovery.
