摘要

本文报道1例45岁右侧股骨头缺血性坏死（肝肾亏虚、气虚血瘀型）患者，在中西医结合治疗基础上实施系统化护理，包括体位管理、自体血浆治疗护理、中医艾灸、心理干预及延续性随访。结果显示，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）由6分降至1分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分由16分降至5分，髋关节功能及睡眠、心理状态显著改善，无护理不良事件发生。提示中西医结合护理可有效缓解疼痛，改善关节功能，提高生活质量，对股骨头坏死患者康复具有重要临床价值。

Abstract

This article reports a case of a 45-year-old patient with avascular necrosis of the right femoral head （classified as liver-kidney deficiency and qi stagnation with blood stasis in Traditional Chinese Medicine）. Systematic nursing interventions were implemented alongside integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatments， including posture management， autologous plasma therapy care， Traditional Chinese Medicine moxibustion， psychological intervention， and continuous follow-up. Results showed that the patient’s Visual Analog Scale （VAS） pain score decreased from 6 to 1， the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score improved from 16 to 5， and significant enhancements were observed in hip joint function， sleep quality， and psychological state， with no adverse nursing events. The findings suggest that integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine nursing can effectively alleviate pain， improve joint function， and enhance quality of life， demonstrating significant clinical value for the rehabilitation of patients with femoral head necrosis.
