摘要

本文总结便秘推拿联合皮内针治疗糖尿病肾病合并便秘患者的中医护理经验。对1例83岁糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期合并功能性便秘患者，在西医常规治疗基础上，实施便秘推拿、皮内针、辨证施膳及情志调护等综合中医护理干预，连续干预2周。结果显示，干预后患者排便频率由1次/5～7 d改善为1次/d，排便困难、腹胀及口干口苦等症状显著缓解，血糖控制趋于稳定，生活质量明显提升。提示便秘推拿联合皮内针的非药物中医护理方案安全有效、操作简便，可显著改善糖尿病肾病患者便秘症状，稳定血糖，体现中医整体护理在慢病管理中的优势，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying constipation massage combined with intradermal needle therapy in the treatment of a patient with diabetic kidney disease （DKD） complicated by constipation. For an 83-year-old patient with stage III DKD complicated by functional constipation， a comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing intervention consisting of constipation massage， intradermal needle therapy， syndrome-differentiated dietary regulation， and emotional nursing was implemented on the basis of conventional Western medical treatment for a consecutive two-week period. Results showed that after the intervention， the patient's defecation frequency improved from once every 5-7 days to once per day， with marked alleviation of difficult defecation， abdominal distension， dry mouth， and bitter taste in the mouth. Blood glucose control trended toward stability， and quality of life was significantly enhanced. These findings suggest that the non-pharmacological TCM nursing regimen of constipation massage combined with intradermal needle therapy is safe， effective， and easy to operate. It can significantly improve constipation symptoms in patients with DKD and stabilize blood glucose， reflecting the advantages of holistic TCM nursing in chronic disease management， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
