摘要

本文总结1例79岁慢性肾衰竭（CKD）伴严重失眠患者的中医护理经验。患者病情复杂、合并症多，在常规西医治疗基础上，采用艾灸联合耳穴压丸的非药物疗法进行干预。经过为期一周的系统施护，患者失眠及相关伴随症状得到显著改善。结果表明，该联合方案可安全、有效地提升CKD患者的睡眠质量与整体生活质量，其协同作用体现了中医护理在慢性病管理中的独特优势。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing experience for a 79-year-old patient with chronic renal failure （CRF） complicated by severe insomnia. Given the patient's complex clinical condition and multiple comorbidities， a non-pharmacological intervention comprising moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure was implemented in addition to conventional Western medical treatment. Following one week of systematic nursing care， the patient's insomnia and associated symptoms were significantly alleviated. The findings indicate that this combined protocol can safely and effectively improve sleep quality and overall quality of life in patients with CRF， with the synergistic effects of the two therapies highlighting the distinctive advantages of TCM nursing in chronic disease management.
