摘要

本文总结1例小儿推拿联合中药贴敷治疗脾虚型小儿泄泻患儿的护理经验。基于中医基础理论指导进行辨证施护，对患儿实施小儿泄泻推拿、中药贴敷治疗，并配合健康宣教。经过12 d的治疗，中医证候评分从19分降至0分，有效改善患儿泄泻症状，缓解食欲不振等临床表现，有效缩短病程，提高患儿生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of pediatric tuina combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） acupoint application in the treatment of one pediatric case of diarrhea with spleen deficiency pattern. Under the guidance of the basic theories of TCM， syndrome differentiation-based nursing care was implemented， including pediatric tuina manipulation， TCM acupoint application， along with health education. Following a 12-day intervention， the TCM syndrome score decreased from 19 to 0， effectively improving the diarrhea symptoms， relieving clinical manifestations such as poor appetite， significantly shortening the disease course， and enhancing the quality of life of the pediatric patient.
