摘要

本文报告1例运用手法通乳联合穿刺抽脓治疗乳痈（脓肿形成期）患者的护理病例。患者为33岁哺乳期女性，产后出现右乳肿胀疼痛伴发热，经诊断为急性乳腺炎伴脓肿形成。在超声引导下行穿刺抽脓术，配合手法通乳治疗后，患者脓腔逐渐吸收，乳汁排泄通畅，乳房皮肤红肿及肿块明显缩小，疼痛基本消失，舒适度提升。治疗过程中未发生乳漏等不良事件，患者对治疗效果表示满意。本病例表明，手法通乳联合穿刺抽脓在乳痈脓肿形成期的康复治疗中具有重要作用，可为临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper presents a nursing case of a patient with breast abscess （suppurative stage of mastitis） treated with manual lactation therapy combined with ultrasound-guided puncture and aspiration. The patient， a 33-year-old lactating woman， presented with right breast swelling， pain， and fever postpartum， diagnosed as acute mastitis with abscess formation. Following ultrasound-guided abscess aspiration and coordinated manual lactation therapy， the patient showed gradual absorption of the abscess cavity， restored milk flow， significant reduction in breast redness and swelling， and resolution of pain， with improved comfort. No adverse events （e.g.， milk fistula） occurred during treatment， and the patient expressed satisfaction with the outcome. This case demonstrates the efficacy of integrating manual lactation therapy with puncture and aspiration in the rehabilitation of suppurative mastitis， offering a reference for clinical nursing practice.
