摘要

本文总结中医外治技术干预1例肠梗阻患者的效果观察与护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，维持患者电解质平衡，采用中药膏摩、中药热奄包、直接灸及穴位贴敷等中医外治技术，有效缓解患者腹胀、便秘及腹痛症状；配合情志护理减轻患者焦虑情绪，促进康复。经过5 d的精心治疗及护理，患者病情稳定并好转出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external treatment techniques applied in a patient with intestinal obstruction. On the basis of comprehensive nursing assessment， electrolyte balance was maintained while TCM external treatment techniques were implemented， including medicinal paste rubbing， hot medicinal compress， direct moxibustion， and acupoint application， which effectively alleviated the patient's symptoms of abdominal distension， constipation， and abdominal pain. Emotional nursing care was also provided in conjunction to relieve the patient's anxiety and promote rehabilitation. Following 5 days of meticulous treatment and nursing care， the patient's condition was stabilized with significant improvement， and the patient was discharged.
