摘要

1例肝细胞性黄疸患者采用双重血浆分子吸附系统（DPMAS）人工肝治疗联合中医特色护理技术的护理体会。患者入院后予以DPMAS人工肝治疗、保肝退黄药物及祛湿退黄中药口服，同步实施葫芦灸、疏肝贴穴位贴敷等中医特色技术，并配合情志、饮食、生活起居及健康宣教等综合护理干预。经治疗，患者黄疸消退，肝功能显著改善，顺利康复出院。提示DPMAS与中医特色技术协同增效作用显著，中西医结合护理可有效缓解症状、促进肝功能恢复，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This report describes the nursing experience of managing a patient with hepatocellular jaundice using Double Plasma Molecular Adsorption System （DPMAS） artificial liver therapy combined with characteristic traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques. Following admission， the patient received DPMAS artificial liver treatment， hepatoprotective and anti-icteric medications， and oral Chinese herbal decoctions for eliminating dampness and relieving jaundice. Simultaneously， characteristic TCM nursing interventions—including gourd moxibustion and acupoint application with Shugan Plaster—were implemented， accompanied by comprehensive nursing measures encompassing emotional regulation， dietary guidance， daily living management， and health education. After treatment， the patient's jaundice resolved， liver function improved markedly， and the patient recovered and was discharged uneventfully. The findings indicate that DPMAS and characteristic TCM nursing techniques exert a significant synergistic effect， and that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and promote liver function recovery， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
