摘要

本文总结1例应用艾灸联合腹部推拿治疗压缩骨折患者腹胀便秘的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，通过中医辨证，给予患者艾灸联合腹部推拿干预，运用规范按摩手法改善患者便秘症状，提高患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying moxibustion combined with abdominal massage in the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation in a patient with vertebral compression fracture. On the basis of routine nursing care， the patient received moxibustion combined with abdominal massage intervention guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation. Standardized massage techniques were employed to alleviate the patient's constipation symptoms， thereby improving the patient's comfort and quality of life.
