摘要

高龄胆囊切除术后患者的疼痛管理与情绪干预是临床护理的重点与难点。本文总结1例高龄胆囊结石术后患者的医护一体化护理实践，以辨证施护为指导，采用耳穴贴压、皮内针治疗等中医护理技术，配合疼痛管理、心理干预及健康指导，患者术后疼痛明显缓解，焦虑情绪改善，无不良反应，康复进程顺利。本案例证实中医护理适宜技术在高龄术后疼痛管理中的有效性与安全性，为同类高龄患者的围手术期护理提供了可参考的实践经验，对优化高龄患者术后护理方案具有借鉴价值。

Abstract

Pain management and emotional intervention in elderly patients after cholecystectomy remain key challenges in clinical nursing. This paper summarizes the integrated medical and nursing care practice for an elderly patient following cholecystectomy for gallstones. Guided by syndrome differentiation-based nursing， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques including auricular point sticking and intradermal needle therapy were applied， in combination with pain management， psychological intervention， and health guidance. Postoperative pain was significantly alleviated， anxiety was relieved， no adverse reactions occurred， and the patient recovered smoothly. This case confirms the effectiveness and safety of appropriate TCM nursing techniques in postoperative pain management for elderly patients， providing a referable practical experience for perioperative nursing of similar elderly patients and offering valuable insights for optimizing postoperative care plans in this population.
