摘要

本文总结中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷在1例肠梗阻患者腹胀中的临床护理效果，分析中医特色技术在肠梗阻腹胀治疗中的应用价值。该病例在西医常规综合治疗（胃肠减压、营养支持及纠正电解质紊乱等）基础上，结合中医辨证论治，采用中药灌肠通腑泄浊与穴位贴敷理气止痛内外协同治疗，配合针对性护理干预，有效缓解患者腹胀症状，促进胃肠功能恢复，提升治疗舒适度与预后效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） enema combined with acupoint application in the treatment of abdominal distension in one patient with intestinal obstruction， and analyzes the application value of characteristic TCM techniques in managing this condition. On the basis of conventional Western medical comprehensive treatment， including gastrointestinal decompression， nutritional support， and correction of electrolyte imbalance， an integrative approach guided by TCM pattern differentiation and treatment was adopted. TCM enema was employed to unblock the fu-organs and drain turbidity， while acupoint application was used to regulate qi and relieve pain， achieving synergistic internal-external therapeutic effects. Combined with targeted nursing interventions， this integrative strategy effectively alleviated the patient's abdominal distension， promoted the recovery of gastrointestinal function， and improved treatment comfort and prognostic outcomes.
