摘要

本文选取1例射血分数降低型心力衰竭合并多系统疾病患者的临床资料，采用中西医结合护理模式干预后，患者喘憋、下肢水肿等症状显著改善，并发症得到有效控制，病情平稳后出院。本病例通过中西医结合护理的规范实施，为临床同类合并多系统并发症的心力衰竭患者护理提供了实践参考，体现了中西医结合护理在改善患者预后、提升护理质量中的重要价值。

Abstract

This paper presents the clinical data of one patient with heart failure with reduced Ejection Fraction （HFrEF） complicated by multiple systemic diseases. Following the implementation of an integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention， the patient's symptoms， including dyspnea and lower extremity edema， were significantly alleviated， complications were effectively controlled， and the patient was discharged after achieving clinical stability. Through the standardized application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing， this case provides a practical reference for the nursing care of clinically similar heart failure patients with multiple systemic comorbidities， demonstrating the significant value of this integrative nursing approach in improving patient prognosis and enhancing the quality of care.
