摘要

本文总结1例脾气下陷型中度女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）患者采用艾灸联合五行能量罐治疗的护理经验，旨在为临床推广提供实践依据。针对该患者，实施以艾灸联合五行能量罐为主的中医特色护理，同时配合情志护理、饮食调护及盆底肌训练，连续干预2个疗程（共8周）。通过对比治疗前后疗效指标及随访结果，证实艾灸联合五行能量罐治疗脾气下陷型中度女性SUI安全有效，配合规范中医护理可进一步提升疗效，具有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a female patient with moderate stress urinary incontinence （SUI） and spleen Qi sinking syndrome using moxibustion combined with Five-Element energy cupping， aiming to provide practical evidence for clinical promotion. The patient received Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）-specific nursing interventions， primarily moxibustion and Five-Element energy cupping， supplemented with emotional counseling， dietary regulation， and pelvic floor muscle training， over two treatment courses （totaling 8 weeks）. Comparative analysis of pre- and post-treatment efficacy indicators and follow-up results confirmed that this combined therapy is safe and effective for moderate female SUI with spleen Qi sinking syndrome. Standardized TCM nursing further enhanced therapeutic outcomes， demonstrating significant clinical applicability.
