摘要

本文总结1例采用中药溻渍联合耳穴疗法治疗痛风性关节炎的护理经验。通过针对患者病情实施中药溻渍联合耳穴疗法护理干预，有效缓解患者症状，系统梳理了中西医结合治疗痛风的流程与经验，为痛风性关节炎的临床护理提供了参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） wet application combined with auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of a patient with gouty arthritis. Through the implementation of TCM wet application combined with auricular acupoint therapy tailored to the patient's condition， the symptoms were effectively alleviated. The integrated clinical workflow and practical experience of TCM combined with Western medicine in the management of gouty arthritis are summarized， offering insights for the clinical nursing care of this condition.
