摘要

本研究总结1例气虚血瘀型后循环缺血患者的护理经验。以“通补结合”理论为依据，对该患者实施中医辨证施护，采用砭石熨摩中药导入化瘀、腕踝针调气及温灸刮痧温阳三联外治法进行护理干预。经7 d治疗，患者眩晕、高血压、便秘及焦虑症状均得到改善，最终顺利出院。

Abstract

This study summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with posterior circulation ischemia （PCI） of the qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Guided by the theory of "integrating unblocking and tonifying，" pattern-based TCM nursing was implemented. A triple external therapy regimen was adopted， consisting of stone-needle ironing and rubbing with Chinese herbal penetration for resolving blood stasis， wrist-ankle acupuncture for regulating qi， and warm moxibustion combined with scraping therapy for warming yang. After 7 days of intervention， the patient's symptoms—including vertigo， hypertension， constipation， and anxiety—were all improved， and the patient was ultimately discharged uneventfully.
