摘要

本文以1例61岁老年重症肺炎合并2型糖尿病、电解质紊乱患者为例，在常规治疗基础上予清醒俯卧位通气，联合气道管理、体位安全护理、皮肤保护、管路维护、胃肠道管理、中医干预、心理支持及康复指导等全流程精细化中西医结合护理措施。结果显示，该护理方案可显著改善患者呼吸功能，促进痰液引流，提升治疗安全性与舒适度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article presents the nursing experience of refined traditional Chinese and Western medicine integrated care applied to a 61-year-old elderly patient with severe pneumonia complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus and electrolyte imbalance. On the basis of conventional treatment， awake prone position ventilation was administered， in combination with comprehensive refined nursing measures including airway management， postural safety care， skin protection， catheter maintenance， gastrointestinal management， traditional Chinese medicine interventions， psychological support， and rehabilitation guidance. The results demonstrated that this nursing protocol significantly improved the patient's respiratory function， facilitated sputum drainage， and enhanced treatment safety and comfort， thereby meriting broader clinical application.
