摘要

总结1例经心尖介入二尖瓣瓣中瓣生物瓣膜植入术后患者的中西医结合护理经验。在围术期常规护理基础上融入中医整体观与辨证施护理念，针对患者术后气血亏虚、痰浊瘀阻、心神不宁的核心病机，制定并实施包含情志调节、中医特色技术在内的个体化中医护理方案。经过7 d中西医结合护理，患者术后恢复良好，未发生严重并发症，心功能分级（NYHA）改善至Ⅰ级，疼痛评分明显下降，护理满意度较高。可见中西医结合护理能够有效促进经心尖二尖瓣瓣中瓣植入术后患者康复，降低并发症发生风险，改善患者心功能及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） for a patient who underwent transapical transcatheter mitral valve-in-valve bioprosthetic implantation. On the basis of routine perioperative nursing care， the holistic concept of TCM and the principle of syndrome differentiation and individualized nursing were incorporated into the intervention. Aiming at the core pathogenesis of postoperative qi and blood deficiency， phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis obstruction， and restlessness of the heart-mind， an individualized TCM nursing protocol was developed and implemented， including emotional regulation and characteristic TCM techniques. After 7 days of integrated TCM-WM nursing care， the patient recovered smoothly without serious complications. The New York Heart Association （NYHA） functional classification improved to Class I， the pain score decreased significantly， and a high level of nursing satisfaction was achieved. These findings indicate that integrated TCM-WM nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery in patients undergoing transapical transcatheter mitral valve-in-valve implantation， reduce the risk of complications， and improve cardiac function and quality of life.
