摘要

本文总结1例儿童变应性鼻炎的中医护理体会。以中医整体观与辨证施护为指导，开展全面护理评估与辨证分析，制定个体化护理方案，采用荆翘饮加减内服联合鼻部刮痧的内外同治方法，以益气固表、疏风散邪、健脾和胃及调和阴阳为治则，最终有效改善患儿临床症状，提升免疫功能，降低复发风险。

Abstract

This article summarizes the TCM nursing experience in the management of a pediatric patient with allergic rhinitis. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and nursing based on pattern differentiation （bianzheng shihu）， a comprehensive nursing assessment and pattern analysis were conducted to formulate an individualized nursing plan. An internal-external combined therapeutic approach was adopted， involving oral administration of Modified Jingqiao Decoction （Jingqiao Yin Jiajian） in conjunction with nasal scraping therapy （nasal Guasha）， with the treatment principles of replenishing qi and consolidating the exterior， dispersing wind and eliminating pathogens， strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach， as well as regulating yin and yang. Ultimately， the clinical symptoms of the pediatric patient were effectively alleviated， immune function was enhanced， and the risk of recurrence was reduced.
