摘要

总结1例急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后并发上消化道出血、失血性休克及过敏性休克的护理经验。结合患者基础疾病，在常规护理基础上加强并发症风险管控，配合多项中医特色护理技术，患者病情好转顺利出院。针对急性心肌梗死（AMI）行PCI术后病情复杂、并发症风险高的患者，实施风险管控、精准急救护理联合中医特色干预，可有效规避不良事件，改善患者心功能与身心状态，促进疾病康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of one case of an acute myocardial infarction patient who developed upper gastrointestinal bleeding， hemorrhagic shock， and anaphylactic shock after PCI. Based on the patient's underlying conditions， we strengthened the risk management of complications on the basis of routine care and combined multiple traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques. As a result， the patient's condition improved and was discharged smoothly. For patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI） who undergo PCI and have complex conditions with high complication risks， implementing risk management， precise emergency care combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention can effectively avoid adverse events， improve the patient's cardiac function and physical and mental state， and promote disease recovery.
