摘要

本文总结1例高血压（痰热上壅证）合并失眠患者的护理体会。针对该患者，基于中医四诊、八纲辨证等理论，采用耳穴压丸联合皮内针的中医非药物疗法，并配合辨证施膳、辨证施情等方法进行护理。经干预，患者失眠、眩晕症状较前明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of caring for a patient with hypertension （phlegm-heat upward congestion pattern） complicated by insomnia. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theories， including the four diagnostic methods and eight-principle syndrome differentiation， non-pharmacological TCM interventions were applied， including auricular acupoint seed pressing combined with intradermal needling， together with syndrome-differentiated dietary regulation and syndrome-differentiated emotional nursing. Following the intervention， the patient's symptoms of insomnia and dizziness were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.
