摘要

本文总结1例突发性耳聋患者的临床护理经验。护理期间对患者采取中西医结合护理模式，涵盖听力康复护理、心理护理及失眠护理等干预措施。经护理干预后，患者听力得到改善，焦虑、失眠症状减轻，生活质量提高，最终顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience for a patient with sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSHL）. During the nursing care period， an integrated nursing model combining traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and Western medicine was adopted， encompassing interventions including hearing rehabilitation nursing， psychological nursing， and insomnia management. Following the nursing intervention， the patient's hearing improved， symptoms of anxiety and insomnia were alleviated， quality of life was enhanced， and the patient was ultimately discharged uneventfully.
