摘要

帕金森病痛证是困扰患者的常见非运动症状，严重影响生活质量。本文总结1例帕金森病痛证患者采用水罐联合穴位灸疗的护理体会。在常规西医护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护理念，选取曲泉、阳陵泉、内膝眼及外膝眼等穴位实施水罐联合穴位灸疗，同时配合心理疏导、饮食调护及安全护理。干预2周后，患者疼痛减轻，生活质量明显改善。水罐联合穴位灸疗操作简便、安全性好，对缓解帕金森病痛证具有协同增效作用，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Pain syndrome is a common non-motor symptom that troubles patients with Parkinson's disease and severely impairs their quality of life. This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying water cupping combined with acupoint moxibustion therapy to one patient with Parkinson's disease-related pain syndrome. On the basis of routine Western medical care， the intervention was carried out following the concept of TCM syndrome differentiation-based care. Acupoints including Ququan （LR 8）， Yanglingquan （GB 34）， medial Xiyan （EX-LE 4）， and lateral Xiyan （EX-LE 5） were selected for water cupping combined with acupoint moxibustion therapy， supplemented by psychological counseling， dietary guidance， and safety nursing care. After two weeks of intervention， the patient's pain was relieved and quality of life improved significantly. Water cupping combined with acupoint moxibustion therapy is easy to perform and safe， demonstrates a synergistic therapeutic effect in alleviating pain syndrome associated with Parkinson's disease， and is worthy of clinical promotion and generalization.
