摘要

本文总结1例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿输注更昔洛韦后致静脉留置针穿刺部位感染的护理经验。护理团队通过皮肤护理、疼痛护理、营养支持、心理干预及多元化健康教育等综合干预，有效控制感染、促进创面愈合，患儿恢复良好，顺利出院。本病例可为儿童临床输注强碱性药物所致留置针穿刺部位感染的预防及护理、静脉治疗安全性提升提供实践参考。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the nursing experience of managing a peripheral intravenous catheter （PIVC） insertion site infection following ganciclovir infusion in a pediatric patient with infectious mononucleosis. Through a comprehensive intervention incorporating skin care， pain management， nutritional support， psychological intervention， and diversified health education， the infection was effectively controlled and wound healing was promoted， with the pediatric patient ultimately achieving a favorable recovery and successful discharge. This case provides a practical reference for the prevention and management of PIVC insertion site infections caused by strongly alkaline medications in pediatric clinical practice， as well as for enhancing the safety of intravenous therapy.
