摘要

本文总结1例痰火内扰型耳鸣患者经头部刮痧联合点穴疗法治疗后的临床护理经验。基于中医辨证及临床护理评估，在传统护理基础上，采用中医头部刮痧及点穴疗法两项特色护理技术，有效改善患者耳鸣症状，缓解焦虑情绪，显著提升患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of one tinnitus patient with the phlegm-fire internal disturbance pattern treated with head scraping combined with acupoint pressure therapy. Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and clinical nursing assessment， two characteristic TCM nursing techniques—head scraping and acupoint pressure therapy—were applied in addition to routine nursing care. The results demonstrated that these interventions effectively alleviated tinnitus symptoms， relieved anxiety， and significantly improved the patient's comfort and quality of life.
