摘要

本文总结1例子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后出现腰骶疼痛患者采用火龙罐治疗的临床护理体会。基于中医辨证施治原则，以火龙罐中医护理特色技术为核心治疗手段，联合情志疏导、饮食调护、体位管理及康复指导等综合护理措施，患者术后腰骶疼痛显著缓解，盆腔充血状态改善，腰部活动功能恢复正常，术后舒适度与康复质量明显提升。该案例表明，火龙罐治疗联合综合护理可有效缓解宫腔镜术后腰骶疼痛，为中医护理实践提供临床参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of applying Fire Dragon Cupping therapy to one patient presenting with lumbosacral pain following hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyp. Based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， the Fire Dragon Cupping technique， a characteristic TCM nursing intervention， was employed as the core therapeutic measure， in conjunction with comprehensive nursing interventions including emotional regulation， dietary guidance， postural management， and rehabilitation instruction. The patient achieved significant relief of lumbosacral pain， improvement of pelvic congestion， and restoration of normal lumbar mobility， with marked enhancement of postoperative comfort and recovery quality. This case demonstrates that Fire Dragon Cupping therapy combined with comprehensive nursing care can effectively alleviate lumbosacral pain after hysteroscopic surgery， providing a clinical reference for TCM nursing practice.
