摘要

本文总结1例视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病（NMOSD）患者在中西医结合多学科联合会诊模式下的护理经验。基于护理评估结果，为患者实施多学科协作护理、中西医结合护理、康复护理及心理护理等综合干预措施，以控制病情进展，改善神经功能及生活质量。经多学科协作护理及中西医结合干预，患者生命体征平稳，双眼视物模糊较入院时改善；上肢肌力由0级恢复至2级，左下肢肌力2级、右下肢肌力1级；尿路感染得到控制，体温恢复正常；左小腿肌间静脉血栓无进展；血糖控制在目标范围，肾功能好转；未发生卧床并发症；焦虑情绪缓解，治疗依从性提升，生活质量得到改善。本案例可为复杂罕见病的中西医结合护理提供临床参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of one patient with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder （NMOSD） managed under the multidisciplinary consultation model integrating Traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Based on comprehensive nursing assessments， a series of integrated interventions were implemented， including multidisciplinary collaborative care， integrative Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， rehabilitation care， and psychological care， with the objectives of controlling disease progression and improving neurological function and quality of life. Following multidisciplinary collaborative care and integrative Traditional Chinese and Western medicine interventions， the patient's vital signs remained stable， and blurred vision in both eyes showed improvement compared with admission. Upper limb muscle strength recovered from grade 0 to grade 2， with left lower limb muscle strength at grade 2 and right lower limb muscle strength at grade 1. Urinary tract infection was controlled， and body temperature returned to normal. No progression was observed in the muscular venous thrombosis of the left calf. Blood glucose was maintained within the target range， and renal function improved. No bedridden complications occurred. Anxiety symptoms were alleviated， treatment adherence was enhanced， and quality of life was improved. This case may provide a clinical reference for the Traditional Chinese and Western medicine integrative nursing care of complex rare diseases.
