摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗Ramsay Hunt综合征患者的护理经验。患者入院后，予抗病毒、营养神经及改善循环等对症治疗；结合中医辨证理论，予穴位敷贴、悬空灸、中药涂擦、中医定向透药及口服中药汤剂等中医特色干预，并配合疼痛、睡眠、情志及面瘫专项护理。经治疗与护理，患者疼痛感消失，面瘫症状好转，现将个案报告如下。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of one patient with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. After admission， the patient received symptomatic treatment including antiviral therapy， neurotrophic support， and circulation improvement. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， TCM-characterized interventions were administered， including acupoint application， suspended moxibustion， TCM medicated rubbing， TCM directed drug penetration， and oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction， in conjunction with specialized nursing care for pain management， sleep regulation， emotional support， and facial paralysis rehabilitation. Following treatment and nursing care， the patient's pain was completely relieved and the symptoms of facial paralysis showed significant improvement. The case report is presented as follows.
