摘要

本文总结1例面部拔罐联合头面部推拿治疗脑梗死后面瘫患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，结合中医辨证采用面部拔罐联合头面部推拿中医护理技术，配合饮食护理、情志护理及康复护理等措施，有效改善患者面部微循环，促进面部功能恢复，减轻患者痛苦及负面情绪，达到消瘀散结、通络复痿之效，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of facial cupping combined with head and facial massage in a patient with facial paralysis following cerebral infarction. On the basis of routine nursing care and guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， facial cupping and head and facial massage—two characteristic TCM nursing techniques—were employed， alongside dietary care， emotional care， and rehabilitation nursing. These interventions effectively improved the microcirculation of the patient's facial region， promoted the recovery of facial function， alleviated the patient's suffering and negative emotions， and achieved the effects of resolving stasis， dispersing nodules， unblocking the collaterals， and restoring muscle function. This approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
